This site is operated by Ambrosia, LLC dba Hellenic Estates ("Hellenic Estates," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
This website does not require an account and does not have a login area. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through our contact form or a direct email or phone call: your name, email address, phone number, and the message or inquiry you send us. We also automatically receive standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) through our hosting provider's server logs, the same way almost every website does.
How we use it
When you submit the contact form, it is sent by email directly to Hellenic Estates so we can respond to your inquiry. We use your name, email, and phone number only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to follow up about a property or the Golden Visa process. We do not share your contact form submissions with any third party, other than the email-delivery service (Resend) that technically transmits the message on our behalf.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall traffic patterns. It is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. We may also enable Google Analytics; when it is active, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent before any Google Analytics cookie is set, and everyone, anywhere, can change that choice at any time through the "Privacy choices" link in the footer.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and any correspondence that follows for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of client communications, and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us using the details below.
